RRB ALP Recruitment 2024 Important Dates

RRB ALP Recruitment 2024 Education Qualification

To be eligible for the RRB ALP 2024 position, candidates should have one of the following qualifications:

• Matriculation / SSLC with an ITI from recognized institutions (NCVT/SCVT) in specific trades.
• Matriculation / SSLC and completed Course Act Apprenticeship in the relevant trades. OR
• A 3-year Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics, or Automobile Engineering. OR
• Combination of various streams of these Engineering disciplines from a recognized  Institution instead of ITI.

Note: Candidates holding Degrees in the mentioned Engineering disciplines are also eligible to apply.

RRB ALP Recruitment 2024 Age Limit

• Minimum: 18 years
• Maximum: 28 years

(Note: The age limit will be considered as of 01/07/2024.)

• Age Relaxation:
  Candidates are eligible for age relaxation as per Government rules. Those claiming age relaxation must have valid documents issued by the government or a recognized authority.
•  SC/ST: 5 years
• OBC: 3 years
• PwD: 10 years

RRB ALP Recruitment Physical Standard Requirement

Medical Standards for RRB ALP:

For Physical Standards, candidates should be A-1, meaning they should be physically fit in all standards.

Regarding Vision Standard:

• Distant Vision: 6/6, 6/6 Without glasses with a fogging test (must not accept +2D)
• Near Vision: Sn: 0.6, 0.6 Without glasses
• Candidates must also pass tests for Color Vision, Binocular Vision, Field of Vision, Night Vision, and Mesopic Vision, among others.

RRB ALP Recruitment 2024 Selection Process

The RRB ALP Selection Process involves four stages, all conducted in a computer-based format:

Stage I CBT (Computer-Based Test)
Stage II CBT (Computer-Based Test)
Computer-Based Aptitude Test (CBAT)
Documents Verification
Medical Examination.

RRB ALP Recruitment 2024 Salary

The selected candidates will be paid according to Level 2 of the Pay Matrix, starting with an initial salary of Rs. 19,900. Candidates will receive a competitive salary package under the Government’s Pay Level. Alongside the salary, various perks and allowances will be provided as per regulations.

9. Review your application and click submit.
10. The application will appear on the screen.
11. Download and print it for your reference.
