Relevant experience:
- Able to Handle & drive teams of engineers in METRO Cities environments & DATA centers
- Experience in Managed services operations (Telecomm operation)
- Basic Knowledge of Fibre operations
- Should be familiar with DWDM Optical Communication
- 0-1 year of telecom experience in Supporting Core DWDM & IP equipment
- Experience in DWDM devices handover and Testing
- Sound understanding of DWDM products, preferred experience on Ciena
- Sound understanding of Telecom Technology & Services
Core Competencies:
- 0-1 year of work experience with System Integration & Managed Services, Quality Audit, and AT
- Having knowledge in areas of DWDM, FIBRE, OLT, ONT, Routers, catalyst Switches
- Preventive Maintenance of Site for active elements
- Transport of Spares when replacement is required
- Execution of commands as per the NOC & remote guidance
- Basic remote troubleshooting or onsite technical activities such as hardware replacement,
- coordination with NOC, Vendors & Service providers
- Show technical competency during Technical Escalation Management
