ClearTax is a Bangalore-based financial technology platform providing solutions for income tax filing, GST, and mutual fund investments that was started in 2011 by four founders Archit Gupta, Raja Ram Gupta, Srivatsan Chair, and Ankit Solanki.

In 2014, the company received funding from Y-Combinator and became the first y-combinator funded company in India. Though ClearTax is a new-age platform company, it is profitable, and in the financial year 2022, it made a revenue of 600 million rupees or 60 Crores.
