The IBPS SO test is held by the Institute of Banking Personnel Selection (IBPS) to hire Specialist Officers in different public sector banks. The role of the specialist officer is to manage the background activities/operations of the bank in their specialized areas. It is a national-level Examination.
It is held for different posts such as Information Technology Officer, Agriculture Officer, Rajbhasha Adhikari, Law Officer, Human Resources/Personnel Officer, and Marketing Officer.
Candidates must satisfy the criteria given below to be eligible to sit for the IBPS SO Exam in 2023:
- Age: 20 to 30 years
- Education Qualification: Candidates must have Graduation Degree from a Government recognized university or board.
- Nationality: Indian, Nepal, Bhutan
- Number of attempts: No limit
