About HPCL

HPCL-Hindustan Petroleum Corporation Limited. It was founded in 1974. Its headquarters at Mumbai, Maharashtra. It is an Indian oil and gas refining company.

HPCL wholly owns two major refineries in India. One in Mumbai (west coast) with a capacity of 7.5 million tonnes per year, and the other in Visakhapatnam (east coast) with a capacity of 8.3 million tonnes per year.
